Can I change my billing date?

Whilst we’d love to be able to help you here, the billing engine we use doesn’t currently have a way for us to update your billing date (yet 😎).

This means that the date that you join us is the date you will be automatically billed on each of your billing periods (monthly / quarterly / annually).

They say that it’s on the roadmap, so once they release the functionality, we’ll be sure to update this 😃
