How do I get support for Growably?

IMPORTANT

Growably is a separate entity to The Tech Tribe, so the Tribal Support Team won’t be able to assist you with most Growably tech issues. If you send in a Growably Support ticket to the the Tech Tribe team, they’ll politely reply letting you know to get in touch with the Growably Support team.

Here’s some details below on how to get support for Growably 👇

To access Growably Support, simply click on the Help (?) Icon in the right of the top Menu-Bar:

A Support Widget will then pop up like this:

If you can’t find the answer to your question in the Help Library that pops up, simply click on the Contact Us button and send in a Support Request 🤓

The Growably Support Team aims to get back to all requests within 24 hours however most are dealt with in typically under 12 hours.

Live Chat Support

The specialized High Level Support Agency we work with is experimenting with Live Chat Support and it is available during the hours of 6am – 9pm PST.

You can access Live Chat from the bottom right corner once you bring up the Support Widget:

Email Support

If you are having trouble accessing the Support Widget or you are unable to login for some reason, you can email the Growably Support Team directly on help@growably.com.

An Important Note

The Growably Support team doesn’t have access to the Tech Tribe forums, so if you ask a Support Question in there, it may not get answered (unless by another Growably user).

To keep our costs low enough to be able to offer Growably free for our existing Tech Tribe members, we have partnered with a specialized High Level Support agency.

They are specialists at supporting High Level and have support agents right around the world (mostly USA, UK and Australia) to help provide FAST and helpful support.
