Where can I find my invoices?

We don’t have a billing portal (yet) and the only place to get your invoices is via email, if you can’t find them you might want to check your junk mail.

Invoices are sent to the primary account holder only, so if you need them to go to another person, you can create a rule in your mail client to have them forwarded to your bookkeeper or accounting department.

If you can’t find a prior invoice in your inbox just let us know at help@thetechtribe.com and we’ll re-send it to you.

It’s also worth whitelisting receipts@thrivecart.email to make sure that they don’t get lost to an over-zealous spam filter 😉
