If you're needing support because something isn't working as expected, then here's the steps to follow:
- STEP 1: Check through the Growably Support Articles on this page to see if your question has already been answered.
- STEP 2: If you can't find your question there, simply create a Support Request on this page (you can also create a Support Request by clicking the (?) Help button inside the Portal:
- STEP 3: If for some reason, you're unable to access Growably or the Growably Support Portal, simply email us on [email protected] and we'll get you sorted out :)
Our Client Care Team aims to get back to all requests within 1 Business Day however most are dealt with in under 12 hours.
Community Forum Support
You're also welcome to post your questions in the Growably Category inside the Tech Tribe Community to see if any other Tribers might be able to help you out.
Please keep in mind we don't monitor that category as actively as we monitor our Helpdesk.
The Community is a great place to ask questions like "How would I do this / that?". However it's not a great place to ask questions like "I can't access my account, can you help?".
Facebook Group Support
High-Level (who is High-Level?) have a very active Facebook group where other High-Level users ask and answer questions all day every day.
You can often get the fastest responses in there due to the sheer number of people in that FB Group (28,549 at the time of writing this)
Obviously, you also shouldn't post questions like "I can't access my account, can you help?" in there as the people in there will not have any access to help you out.
However, you definitely can ask questions like "How can I do this / that?" and will very likely get a bunch of responses.
WARNING
Be careful in the High-Level Facebook group, there are a LOT of poor quality High-Level freelancers who will try to persuade you to work directly with them.
