Each time a payment is charged to your Credit Card, our billing engine (ThriveCart) will send you a Payment Receipt/Invoice to the email address of the Primary Account Holder.
These emails are sent from receipts@thrivecart.email so it’s worth whitelisting that email to make sure nothing gets lost to an over-zealous spam filter
If you are ever missing an invoice, you can also go to the My Tribe Account page and click on the button to open up the Stripe Customer Portal to download all your Invoices.
