High-Level recently built a feature for us to push the Monthly CSV file for Daily Social Media Posts directly into your Growably Account, which on the surface is great.
The problem we found is that when we do this, the High-Level systems set the posts to be sent in OUR time-zone (not yours) which can result in social posts being published in the middle of your night.
So, if you're in (or close to) the Sydney, Australia timezone OR you don't mind what times your daily social posts get published, then you can stick with posting social posts using the monthly CSV file that we automatically push into your Growably tenant.
However, if you're nowhere near the Sydney, Australia timezone AND you want daily your social posts to be published during your day-time in your time-zone, then you'll need to manually upload the CSV file that we send you as part of your Monthly Marketing Pack and as it imports, it'll use your time-zone.
(luckily this manual approach only takes about 2-3 minutes longer than the automatic approach)
