If you advertise for a new member in the Members Wanted / Groups Needed forum and someone applies, then we recommend your current Group Leader jumps on a short call with them to work out whether they will be a fit.
If they seem like they’ll be a fit – then you should invite them on their first call where they can give feedback / tips / thoughts to everyone. If you all gel with the person, invite them in officially
