In the Tribal Community, we have built a specific area for Vendor User Groups.
For example, we have User groups for Datto, ConnectWise, HaloPSA, Kaseya and many more Vendors.
We create these User Groups on demand and when we spot too many conversation around a particular product happening inside the Main Forums, filling up everyone's feeds (who might not be interested).
These User Groups are designed so our members have a dedicated place to ask for help and share wisdom around your product, without those conversations filling up the main Forum categories in the Community.
Members need to click a JOIN button before they will see content from within the group.
We encourage you to have members of your team monitoring these groups and helping out where you can.
As a Vendor, you’re also welcome to post news in these User Groups on topics such as:
- New Feature Announcements
- Special Offers for New Clients & Existing Clients
- Important Support Information (such as outages, bugs etc)
- Interesting & Important News about your Company / Products
- Upcoming Events (including Conferences & Webinars)
However, to avoid the main category view in a User Group from being crowded by Vendor News, all news items need to be posted in a single thread that we'll start in each group as we create them called "The <Vendor Name> News Thread".
If you post news outside of this News Thread, it will either be deleted or merged into the News Thread.
To keep the high Signal:Noise Ratio we work hard to maintain, please only post things that will be super valuable to our members. If you start making a new post every time you release new Blog Post, we’ll need to step in and hide your posts.
