Uuuuugghhhh – there’s nothing worse than joining a new program and then waiting.. and waiting… and waiting… for your login credentials 
Over the 5+ years running the Tribe, we’ve found that in 98.225% of cases*, missing credentials is typically due to one of these 3 x things:
- An Overzealous Spam Filter – this is by far the most common reason. Double check any spam filters or junk email folders to see if it has been stolen!
- An Overzealous You – we know how exciting it is when joining a new program and you just want to dive right on in. However, sometimes our automation monkeys are eating a banana and might take up to 10 minutes to send your credentials to your Inbox. Patience my young Padawan
- A Spelling Mistake – you’d be surprised how many new members are in such a rush to join that they accidentally misspell their email address (don’t worry, it happens to the best of us). If you think this might be the case, simply let us know on help@thetechribe.com and we’ll get it fixed up for you quick smart!
