It depends ;-)
If you’ve configured an external dedicated SMTP Service such as Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES or SendInBlue – then you can send as many emails as you like, depending on your plan with that particular service.
However, if you’re using our Mailgun account, we have a sending limit in place since email sending is hard cost to us and we need to be careful with scaling costs since we’re giving Growably to you for free (as a member of the Tech Tribe).
The current monthly limit is: 2,000 3,000 4,000 5,000 :-)
We'll keep reviewing (& hopefully increasing) this limit as we better understand our costs and your sending averages.
Our goal is to include as much as we can with Growably for free to help our members have everything they need to grow their MSP.
