Whilst Nigel is based in Australia, around 82% of the 1,000’s of MSPs that are members are from outside Australia (mostly USA, Canada, NZ, Europe and the UK).
So, we build all our templates, training & resources fairly generically to be (nearly) ready for use in most countries around the world.
However, before using any of our agreement templates, you must send them to your lawyer / solicitor / legal team to fine-tune / tweak / approve them before you they are ever used commercially.
This is to make sure that your legal team are happy with them and that they’re customized to suit you and your specific business needs.
Ultimately your legal team are the ones that will be trying to uphold them if you ever end up in Court, so they need to be happy with them.
(they will want to check things like local jurisdictional issues that you might need to account for in your local area)
Ultimately, our goal with all the Templates, Resources & Agreements we build for our members is that we do 95% of the work for you, so you only need to do the final few %, saving you loads of time and unnecessary costs
