If you've seen a Growably or High-Level video showing you a new feature on the Mobile App but that feature is not showing up on your phone, there's two main reasons this might happen.
REASON 1: YOUR APP NEEDS UPDATING
Double check in your App Store to make sure you're running the latest version of the Growably Mobile App.
Even though Apple and Android usually automatically update apps when new releases are pushed, sometimes we find that you need to manually kick-start the App Update process from your Mobile.
So, if you're not running the latest version - update it first and try again.
REASON 2: DELAYED HIGH-LEVEL MOBILE APP RELEASE SCHEDULE
Whenever High-Level creates a new feature for their Mobile App, they release it in 3 phases as follows:
Firstly... They release it in the High-Level App (that you can find on the App Store)
Secondly... They release it in the LeadConnector App (that you can also find on the App Store - this is the grey
Lastly... they release it to Agencies like us (Growably).
Because of this delayed release schedule, this means that sometimes it might take a few weeks from when High-Level first announces and releases a new Mobile App feature to when it actually shows up in the Growably Mobile App.
Rest assured, it will get there shortly.
And, if you desperately need the feature urgently - then download either the High-Level Mobile App or the LeadConnector Mobile App and use your Growably Credentials to login and the feature you're looking for should be there (just without the Growably branding).
