If you’ve asked my team for my address, it’s normally because you’re looking to send me a gift.
I LOVE your intention & thought and really grateful that you’re looking to send me something. It blows my mind that people feel the need to send me (little old me) gifts.
However, I’d like to make a request.
After reading the amazing book, Doing Good Better by William MacKaskill, it shifted my thinking in how and where I donate money and deal with gifts.
In my personal life, I already have everything I need and I aim to live a life of minimalism wherever possible to not accrue excessive physical things unless I absolutely need them.
So, I would LOVE nothing more than to see you shift your gift from a physical item, across to a donation to the Against Malaria foundation where the gift will have a HUGE impact in peoples lives!
The Against Malaria Foundation is one of the top rated charities in the world (rated by Givewell.org) which means that ever dollar they receive goes a looooong way in saving peoples actual lives.
(it costs them as little as $4,100 to literally save someone’s life – that’s mind-blowing to me 
)
