We understand that things might change and you might need to take a few months off.
Simply follow these steps to PAUSE your membership for up to 6 months.
If you haven't resumed by the 6 month mark, your membership will automatically restart.
Don't worry, we'll send you a few emails before then so you have the chance to cancel if you don't want to continue.
IMPORTANT
By PAUSING your Tech Tribe membership, you will also lose access to the Growably platform and your Automations, Websites, Funnels, Surveys and everything else inside Growably will stop working while you are PAUSED.
If you don’t RESUME your membership before your PAUSED Period expires, all your Growably Data (including Contacts, Opportunities, Websites, Funnels, Surveys, Forms etc) will be Deleted.
You can leave your membership PAUSED for up to 6 months (without losing your Current Pricing Level).
For example, if you joined us at the Pricing Level that was available in 2019 – then you will maintain whatever the current Price is for your Pricing Level.
If your membership goes into an Unpaid Status due to a Failed Payment, we give you a grace period where we protect your existing Pricing Level to give you enough time to fix up the Failed Payment. You'll get some email notifications about this.
Here's how to PAUSE your membership:
- Login to your account at https://portal.thetechtribe.com
- Click on the “My Tribe Account” link in the left hand menu
- Click on the “Manage My Membership” link
- Choose “Pause My Tribe Membership”
- Be sad that you won’t see us for a while but happy that we’re only a few clicks away if you ever need us
Note: You can only PAUSE your membership once every 2 years.
