That’s ultimately up to you and your group 
Although we find that most Peer Groups work incredibly well for the first 12-24 months and then they start to lose their effectiveness as people start to head in different directions.
It’s up to you and your Group to keep an eye on this happening and if it does, then some frank & honest conversations need to happen.
We already have peer groups going on 18 months strong that think that it’s the best thing in the world, so if you and your group put the time and dedication into it there’s not telling where you can take your group and for how long!
