If you have already activated the plugin before on a different website and need to change the URL please let us know what the updated URL is at help@thetechtribe.com and we will manually change it for you and let you know when you can re-try activation.
For the time being we can only support one active domain per API key. We know that many of you first installed the plugin on a staging site and we apologize for the inconvenience.
If this is not your case, please download the log file from your WordPress installation, located in /wp-content/uploads/The-Tribal-Plugin.log and send the log as an attachment (please don’t copy the text into the body of the email) along with a screenshot to help@thetechtribe.com
